Project (replacing tents)

From the refugee’s point of view, the camp is an all-encompassing word that combines the colors of torment and the types of suffering, it brings together injustice, fragmentation and loss. Many children were born in the camps without knowing homes. They grew up in the arms of the camp and its view and its narrow streets, which are almost a meter wide. There is no place for play and no schools known to children around the world.

In Ma'an, we launched our project, which is called Replacing Tents, which seeks to be an ongoing project to replace tents with apartments, relieving some of their ongoing suffering.
