Sham Clinics Project
The Sham Clinics project is one of the leading medical initiatives aimed at providing healthcare services to Syrian refugees in Turkey. The clinics consist of 16 specialized medical departments, including gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiology, ophthalmology, and more, addressing the diverse healthcare needs of patients.
The medical team at the clinics includes 36 specialized doctors, 10 administrative staff members, and 9 nurses who contribute to delivering effective healthcare services. Since its establishment, the clinics have provided services to approximately 2.5 million individuals among the Syrian refugee community in Turkey, reflecting their significant role in supporting this group amid the challenging circumstances they face.
The Sham Clinics aim to offer comprehensive and sustainable healthcare to refugees, ensuring they receive treatment and medical care in a safe and suitable environment.
